Smile Searching for a Winter Home in Arizona
My husband and I are searching for a winter home in Arizona. We are interested in golfing at reasonable prices, a gated 55+ community, somewhere that takes dogs, a location that is relatively close to the airport, and close enough to the Phoenix Coyotes arena! We would possibly consider renting it out to other snowbirds as we are not yet retiring for a few years. We would like to be under $250K. Thoughts? Suggestions?
