Default Canadian thinking of buying in Bullhead City
My husband and I have been coming to Laughlin/Bullhead for a lot of years and are considering buying a home in Bullhead. I am reading lots of posts with negative things about Bullhead, but I think no matter where you live there is good and bad. The heat isnt an issue in the summer as we would be in Canada in the summer but enjoy the warm weather during our cold Canadian winters.
Any input on Real Estate pricing or neighbourhoods to avoid? Would appreciate anything you would like to contribute.
