What the Hell
There goes any of my chances of settling down in my own place. The market's bottom just went away. I have been waiting for the loan to clear. I wanted to retire soon and my saving and then the loan from the bank was denided. Sa-La-Vee

I'm confused. What do you mean "the market's bottom just went away"? I get that your loan was denied (and I'm sorry to hear that) but I don't what you meant by anything else.

I figured as much but I'm still not following his logic. Does he mean that in addition to the market's bottom getting even lower, his loan got rejected, so that's why he's bummed out that he's not going to be a homeowner?
