Food Handlers Permit in Navajo Nation? (Window Rock: health, requirements, phone)

If anyone has it, I'd like some information on classes for Food Handlers Cards (aka red cards, I think) on the Navajo Reservation; specifically in Window Rock. I have the number for the Environmental Health Agency, but no one ever seems to answer their phone or return calls from there. Any help would be appreciated.

I think just get the certification for the state to cover your ass at least.

Those food handler certs are handled by the counties, not the state. The Navajo Nation may have their own entirely separate requirements (which they have a right to have) -- that's what the OP is asking about.
