Are there any known housing developments with a hanger to park an airplane. Prefer to build a home with a hangar or find one for sale.

There is a community on a small private runway in Carefree, (North east of Phoenix Scottsdale) I think it is called "sky ranch" or somesuch. Nice smallish homes (this is an "older" community" with "walking distance" access to hangers, tie downs, etc.

Mohave Valley (just S of Bullhead City) on the Calif/Az border has such a community..........it is weird when the main street has signs that state 'yield to airplanes' or similar.

Stellar Skypark on Chandler Blvd near Rural ( I think, havent lived in the area for a while) had homes w/ hangars and a private airstrip.

Rimrock AZ has an airport. The hangers are attached to the houses. It looks sort of cool, your street is a runway.
