Land deals north of Willcox
Can anyone give me some feedback regarding some large tracts of land (like 36 acres) being sold for under $30k about 45 miles north of Willcox? About how long of a drive is it to shops (like Wal-Mart, supermarkets, etc.), Tucson Airport, and such? Is the land there buildable or is it basically vast expanses of dirt that is not worth much or fettered with washes or other obstacles to building? I'm looking at Eureka Springs Ranch in particular... any experience with this? Good deal or rip-off???
