Those (like me) who have strong opinions about crime and justice would never have been allowed to serve on this jury. I'd be willing to hear both sides of the case and remain impartial until deliberation time ... however, from the way this has turned out, no factual evidence has ever been brought forth about abuse, neglect, or anything else that would have pushed this kid over the line.

Bottom line: he committed the crime. I care not about his age. Doesn't matter a damn if he's eight years old or 48 years old. Two people are pushing daisies thanks to his little killing spree. Since I believe in an eye for an eye, the only effective punishment is for this kid to swing, fry, or be fired upon.
