just heard an interview with him on N.P.R. What a bunch of ____! This guy is blaming all of the "indescressions" of the past 8 years on the Democratic Party. . . while staunchly defending the spending increases (mostly for war, btw) made by a Republican Admin & Congress!
Every once in a while I decide to really see what the "other side" is about, in order to be "fair and balanced". . . .
Yesterday, Terri Gross interviewed a guy who lobbies for the Christain Conservative Right in Congress, very nice interview, and despite that fact that I don't agree with him 100 %, I believe that everything he said was both well reasoned and, most of all HONEST! quite a contrast with what i heard today!

One thing that Jon Kyl that no other Republican talked about was the housing crisis. When they tried to regulate bad housing mortgages, every Republican voted for it, while every Democrat voted against it in the Senate. Alot of the Democrats received lobbyist/special interest money from Countrywide and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. Obama said it was Bush's fault, and yes the American people were decieved. Bush wasn't apart of that, the Democratic members of Congress were involved in corruption. Jon Kyl was the only guy who mentioned that crucial fact.

Kyle is an idiot and a disgrace to our state. He is proof that all you need to be a senator in AZ is an empty head and an (R) behind your name. But there are a lot of examples of that around here.

I think Jon Kyl is one of the most courageous senators. He's very articulate and I think he's a good guy. I don't know much about his record, but I like him.

He was one of my favorites until he decided he was for amnesty for illegals.

When you put democrats and republicans in a room all you can be assured is that the people are not represented.

One only has to look at the last final solution to the illegal problem lead by Ted Kennedy to see that we are now back to square one.

If you can approve illegal immigration how can you stop me for running a stop sign? Breaking the law of the land leads to Anarchy since we are a nation founded on law. Maybe that is the plan after all we now have a president elect who thinks the constitution is an outdated document written by men who didn't know what they were doing.
