Question Sierra Vista lookin good ?

Im stuck in Florida, and after finishing my obligations I cant wait to escape the swamp, and all of the hurricanes and tornados the hot humidity feeds. I understand that sierra vista is on a different water system than the rest of the middle and north part of the state so thus not having the shortage problems. HOW IS THE AIR QUALITY IN S V?? I hope its better than Tucson or Tempe. Is there a demand (which means decent wages $20 to $30 per hr) for skilled trades on a residential scale through having your own business like painting, paperhanging, carpenter work, basic home repair and maintenence?
