The best of both worlds. It's been hovering around the 30's at night, some light snow, and the 50's or 40's during the day. A bit nippy, for sure-but tolerable. It's only a few months anyhow...

4. Matchbox communities. I'm buying a 1600 square foot house on 5 wooded acres in florida for 120k. Couldn't find anything like that in phoenix.

So, for now, i'm saving a visit to phoenix for just that, a visit. I think the quality of life in phoenix is not what i thought.
