lprest is on a distinguished road
Smile Never living in the desert again

Just putting a word in for Payson, AZ. We're about an hour and a half drive from Phoenix metro- close enough to shop or other activities and still be home by night. We're 5000 ft elevation so its much cooler, clear skies, more rain (if the Monsoon gets going). Its a nice small town and we love it.

Hi. Iv'e just been reading all the posts looking for a place that's not melting in AZ, and saw your post on the last page. What can you tell me about the weather in Payson? In my search Iv'e found out it has about 2 feet of snow annualy, not sure about the temps and rainfall. I don't have 400k to buy a home. Not even close. What do homes go for in Payson? Any info would be muchly appreciated. Thanks skitow.
