Default 5 acre ranchette in Winslow

[SIZE=2]I have inherited several parcels of land. The two largest parcels are 5 acres in Winslow, Arizona and 40 acres near Lovelock, Nevada. Lovelock is too isolated for me but I'm thinking about living in Winslow.
However, I was wondering if 5 acres is enough for a Ranchette?

Given that a house, pool and garden would cover around 1 acre, I was wondering:

- How many bison would 4 acres support ?
- Alternatively, would 4 acres (properly fenced) be enough to let deer some mule deer graze (and breed) ?
