One more question, i'm sure some of the knowledgeable folks in here can answer.

Firearms that I purchased in California - is there anything i need to do when i move (claim residency in AZ)? Is there a registration that i need to have moved from state to state?

Thanks. Got the PM, and replied.

I'm so brainwashed to take care in anything i do with my weapons living in CA. Its almost mind blowing (but refreshing) that AZ allows responsible residents to take care of their own possessions.

Don't forget to remove fixed magazine nut on your AK.. I forget to do it on one of mine rifles and it took me a while figure out why I can't disconnect magazine....

I haven't bothered putting together an AR for that reason. I'll need to replace a few handgun magazines since mine are all the 10-round variety.
