Default Sierra Vista Photos

By popular demand (okay, one person requested it), photos of Sierra Vista! I didn't put this in the photos thread because it is of the town--meaning it is just random shots of the stores and such and I didn't think the audience at large would be interested in it.

Sorry it took me awhile, I had to figure out how to post photos here, and then I had to get over being sick!

So get out your maps to take a virtual trip through the main roads in SV. Just north of SV, Hwy. 90 splits--the part that goes down the west of SV (next to the Fort) is Buffalo Soldier Hwy. (Rd/Ave/?). The part that goes down the east of SV is the Bypass. The Bypass and Buffalo Soldier meet up again south of town and become Hwy. 92. In the north part of town, you will also see a road going east-west. This is Fry Boulvard (Fry for short). The Bypass and Fry are the main economic roads and their intersection is the main one in town.

This series of photos goes down Fry from west to east. I stopped at some key intersections, as well as took some shots as I drove down Fry.

Here is the intersection of North and Fry, just east of the main gate:

Just before the intersection of Fry and the Bypass:

Now I have gone through the intersection and parked. The first photo is looking west, back at the intersection. From there, I pretty much turn in a circle from west-south-east-north-west again.

(FYI on a couple things in the photos: Fry's and Food City are both large grocery stores; El Paso is no longer operating)

That's it for tonight. Coming soon (hopefully): the mall and a few photos driving down the Bypass, and maybe a couple random shots, too.

Crazyme4878 -

These are REALLY GREAT (I'd rep you again if I could). I'll try and remember to do the same thing for Benson, next time I'm down there.
