Default schools stats and crime stats resources

Since there seems to be many families moving to the Phoenix metro area who are asking which neighborhoods are safe and have good schools, I though that I would offer these two links. Maybe the mod can make it a sticky?

Crime Stats Search Tool
http://www.azcentral.com/CrimeMaps/main_crimesearch2.html (broken link)

Standard & Poor's School Ratings
http://www.schoolmatters.com

I find the Standard and Poore's schoolmatters.com site to be superior to other school research sites.
