how do you make one to somebody else?.....I'm sure it's very basic, but I can't find how to start.....I get them SOOO MUCH (!), so it must be easy

Try clicking on The Scale in the upper right hand corner, azdr.

also in the bottom left corner of a post it says "[+] Rate this post positively " clicking that will give a 'quick reputation'.
