ALL old people isnt that bad. And Havasu is filled with old people all year. I would guess 90% are old, including me.
Dont bother visiting the Havasu area you will hate it. Its expensive too and way to hot.It has nothing to offer,and the PD will give you a ticket just for being out of state,with speed traps everywhere. I think the Phoenix area would be best for you.

The city of Surprise is nice and has tons of choices as far as housing goes. Who knows what the market will be like in two years however.

I surely don`t want to be living around all old people. I`m a young 60. I have been checking homes in Gilbert and Avondale. Never being to Arizona it`s hard for me to select a town. I do plan on visiting in December tho.
