Hmm... are you in the Queen Creek school district or Florence? That makes a huge difference. The information I have is from 2005 and before, so things may have changed. Johnson Ranch and Copper Basin were the two most inexpensive developments when everything was going up, so a lot of people who were just looking for a cheap house moved in. Also, there weren't any restrictions on investors buying property, so it's renter city.

It seemed to me that the further towards Ellsworth we went, the better it was. The commute is terrible to Phoenix. Do you know where you will be working?

I believe its the florence district whats your opinion on that?
