I am planning on trying to buy a foreclosed house, through an auction.
*The auction is being held at a lawyers office to be exact* He is the trustee of the house through a bank
The problem that has become is searching to make sure the house has a clear title.
I have tried to search the County's pages ETC. but at a loss as to what to look for that might be a problem.
I am not sure what to do at this point and what I might be looking for.... PLZ any input and or feedback would be GREATLY APPRECIATED

The best thing that you can do for yourself is to use a Realtor that specializes in foreclosed properties. Hopefully that will prevent you from making big mistakes during your search and buying of properties.
