Default Buying in Coolidge?

I have an opportunity to buy a nice house in Coolidge very reasonable. I would only be there part time. How safe is it to leave an empty house?

Can anyone tell me what it's like living there? Positives and negatives.

Thanks

Just My opinion, but probably a bad idea, it's a rough, grimy, with loads of shady people roaming the streets. Coolidge is the last town I'd buy in. Good luck with Your move.
