Default Been here for 12yrs....finally leaving!

Finally will be aquiring some real estate ELSEWHERE!!! I cant wait.

I mean I love it here in the Winter time but these summers are just rediculous! You would think you would get used to it but you just dont. How can anyone get used to 109?

We have decided to start spending May-Sept in the Northwest. I think this will be the greatest decision and purchase we have made yet.

Ok...thats it for the daily news.

You're gonna love the seafood up there, Dizzydog.

However, there are no perfect weather spots and the gloom and overcast in the Northwest becomes downright depressing as far as I'm concerned.

The only way to get "used to" 109 degrees is to stay inside, stay in an A/C car or only go out at night when its a brisk 102.

I live in Gilbert as well. Nice place. But the heat in the summer is just not embraceable.

lol at the ridiculous spelling rediculous comment.

109 with humidity sucks. But 109 when its dry, is not that bad. Sometimes it would get to 105 with high humidity in Sacramento. It sucks. Moved to Tucson. It was 105 outside, felt like 99 in Sacramento.

I hate 109 degrees. Don't go outside during the summers unless I absolutely have too - and I am a native.

The temperature alone is not something I would move for though.

Used to the temperature? No
Used to dealing with it: sure thing!
