Try doing a search here on Casa Grande. There are lots of threads, and the answers to your questions may already be there.

Check inside the Phoenix sub forum. Technically, Casa Grande is a suburb of Phoenix, even though it is about 50 miles out.

Have you lived there long? I was asking how the housing market was there! I assume it may be like the rest of the country but some areas are a bit better than others.

I lived out there for just over 8 years, what would you like to know?
As far as the housing goes, it was pretty much the same as everywhere else. New homes sitting empty, some had been vacant for almost 2 years because the sellers ddint want to budge with the price.

Wow, I love it when these old threads get revived!
Anyway, housing here does seem to be stabilizing, especially in the lower end price range. Shopping centers are starting to fill up again, some commercial construction is going on again, and for better or worse, even building permits are being pulled again for residential, although only about 10-15 a month.
If you have specific questions, keep em comin...

How hard would it be to find rentals in Casa Grande? Our price range would be no more than $1500 a month.
