Seville - Power Ranch (Chandler, Gilbert: where to buy, school district, moving to)

Hi!
Does anyone have info regarding these 2 communities or something similar?
You told me Vistancia is too far out. In Gilbert we will be closer to our friends right?
I heard also they have a good school system. Is there long waiting list as in CA?
if i register my daughter for pre-school this may when we decide where to buy, would that be too late?

Thanks again. This is a great site. I read lots of post and everythinh was so helpful It takes some of the stress out of moving to a new place and starting a new life

Seville is in S Gilbert but not in the Gilbert school district. It's Higley not that great of a district, it's fairly new and growing leaps and bounds but a disorganized mess.

Power Ranch is not in the Gilbert schools district either, both are in Higley district.

Please - you keep saying Seville is Higley school district. It's NOT. It's Chandler! Chandler is a great school district. I'd recommend checking your facts before you misinform people.

I'll agree with you about Higley though - I've not heard good things about that school district.
