I can send the governing documents, link to 2 weather stations on the ranch and the well reports to anyone looking for additional information. This is a great place to live.

I have several friends that have bought at Dragoon Mountain Ranch and visited there many times myself. The properties are all 36 acres or larger and cannot be redivided into smaller lots, which is great. The climate is mild and the deed restrictions allow horses. The views of the San Pedro River valley below and the surrounding mountains are fabulous. I haven't found very much info about properties for sale there, Moderator cut: need more than 10 posts to make specific recs
