Moving from North Scottsdale to Fountain Hills...
To save on rent, I signed a lease in Fountain Hills. My rent was due to increase another 100 dollars a month and I was already spending 1000/month on a small 2 bedroom condo in N. Scottsdale.
I notice a dramatic change in the environment. Fountain Hills is a "small town" atmosphere. Different mayer, views. N. Scottsdale is crowded. Traffic, etc. I'll keep my kids in the same schools since it's on my way to work.
Any Fountain Hills residents/ex residents? I am new with this town and would like to know any unique information. Thank you all.

JeepGirl118 - You're welcome
AZ_SingleMother - Fountain Hills rank #2 on the latest list of 'Best Places to Live' in the May issue of Phoenix Magazine. You might also want to check out official information/statistics from the magazine.

Fountain Hills is certainly a very different place than Scottsdale. The feel and flow of the city is much different than Scottsdale. Fountain Hills has always given me the feeling of a more old west type feel than that of Scottsdale.

I drove through Fountain Hills on my way home from work today and I hadn't been there in years. It's a beautiful place. I don't remember being that impressed with it years ago. The scenery is great!
