Default Working At ASU

I'm looking to move to Tempe to work at the university, what communities are within a 20-30 minute commute to the university and reasonable rent/housing prices?

Any idea what those prices run? I'd appreciate anything that you could give!

Thanks

Tempe itself would be the first place to look. Tempe offers both semi-urban living downtown and suburban neighborhoods in its southern portion. Beyond Tempe, look at the east side of Phoenix, including Arcadia, Ahwatukee, and the South Mountain area. Other nearby suburbs include Scottsdale (but stick with the southern and central portions to keep your commute reasonable), Chandler, Mesa, and Gilbert.
