Lightbulb Question for Chinle Az and Navajoland

I was in Chinle about fifteen years ago and was impressed with the youth activities, there were like three dances a week a rodeo almost every week plus pow wows. It seemed like there was something to do or somewhere go all the time. Is it still like that?, was it ever really like that?
Can someone give me a rundown of the typical activities going on during a month I would like to see more youth activities in my town and I would like some ideas?
