Bullhead city bus? (living, transportation, relocating)

I recently visited your fair city

I was told that not having a car and having to get to work in Laughlin would not be a problem because I could catch a bus-the red line from walmart where I will be living to the boat landing or something but when I was there looking around this weekend, I didnt see any bus stops of any kind on the main drag, I saw a couple Green stops on side roads yes but that was it, is there something I am missing?

There is a bus service from Wal-Mart; but, apparently, it is not well publicized.

Ok, thanks, I have lived in a town that had bus service but no visible stops or shelters, it was very confusing until you rode it a few times and began to understand it all.

So, another question which may sound a bit strange..

at night, when you look up...can you see actual stars? You cant here which is why I am asking, I miss them, I miss nature really, the river and the parks seemed so nice.
