That would be nice wouldn't it!
I have made a lot of money buying and selling property so it's my opinion that Ash Fork Area will gain exposure in the next few years and once we see enough of the right people get together to add structure to the town itself it could be a nice tourist place and a big money maker for those who do invest in it.

Hmmm.... A Real Estate agent stating NOW is the time to buy before it's too late??
I've heard that line before. Oh yeah, before the real estate collapse, that line was repeated a million times. Then after everyone bought, the prices declined 25%-50%.

After the stock market collapse.the housing market collapse I think their is a strong argument for investing in raw land in a good location after all they are not making more of it.

Look, I have nothing against YOU PERSONALLY, but you are repeating a real estate mantra.
This economic and real estate collapse is still going on and it will probably not reach a bottom until fall 2009 - 2010. Some project longer. The fallout will last for 5-10 years afterward.
Ash Fork will not be a "hot" market for at least 50+ years from now, most likely NEVER. They would have to nuke the town. I just drove through it recently, and man, what a sad sight. The houses are all run down, a gas station that is falling apart, and a motel dump that is a haven for roaches and drug activity. It looks like time forgot Ash Fork and a nuclear bomb went off. Like a scene from Mad Max or some third world country.

From a personal standpoint I have lost much money in the stock market several times and I have lost money in the housing real estate market also. I can tell you honestly that I could could sell every piece of raw land I own for more than what I paid. All my future investments will be in land. The heck with the stock market and the housing market, they are to easily manipulated by sharks.
