Rovey Farms in Glendale
Does anybody know about the Rovey Farms subdivision and/or area in Glendale AZ ... good, bad or indifferent. Trying to gather more info.

I would look elsewhere. I used to live about 2 miles from there in the mid 90's and it wasn't good then. If you have kids stick with the Peoria school district or Deer Valley. |

You wouldn't recognize the area now. The hockey arena is across the street, as well as a pedestrian-friendly mall. LOTS of new office buildings, stores, etc. The newest Peoria district high school, the Raymond Ellis HS (recognize the name?) is on 91st Ave/Northern. A mile or two from Rovey Farms? Easy access to Loop 101, Luke AFB, three hospitals (West Valley, Banner Estrella, and Boswell in Sun City). In eleven years here, I've never had a problem in the area.
Deer Valley is nice, but the traffic is truly horrid. |
