Canadian considering buying an for investment/vacation condo in Scottsdale
My husband & I are considering buying a townhouse/condo in Scottsdale for 2-3 times a year vacation as well as investment purposes. Wondering if anyone has experience in renting in this area and also what age group to expect. We are golfers but not retired as yet and enjoy the area for hiking, biking etc. We have been twice and loved proximity to Sedonna and Grand Canyon. Any advise would be much appreciated.
