Personally, I would never live in Phoenix. I have only been there six times in 15 years and I can't wait to leave the place when I am there. But, If you want city and all of its amenities, it might not be a bad place to live.
Don't move to Lake Havasu for year round weather. Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley are excellent places to live. Crime is in every city. |

If you like cats then Glendale is the place to live. There are hundreds of ferral cats living and using yards as there personal bathroom. There are no ordanances to capture, eliminate or restrict them. If any of the council members are called "they can't do anything", homeowners can't trap or move them unless a fee of $35.00 - 50.00 is paid. The AZCATS.org say the will spay or nuter them for a price but the homeowners should feed and water them because "they have a right to live like you do". Can't take other actions under threats of jail and fines.
