Thanks for that great post "PCincorrect" and thank you all for supporting Arizona!!
I'm moving to AZ in early July (just after the holiday). Where can I get one of these Made in AZ flags to hang when I find a home?

Depends what you're looking for. If you want unique scenery, Page, AZ is the place to go, even more so than Sedona. I know, I spend a lot of time in both places. Plus, Sedona is extremely overrun with tourists. If you want nice hotels, restaurants and spas, then by all means, Sedona is the place to be.

I'd be very surprised if there's any flag made anywhere in the U.S.

That's something that you'll never see happen on the left coast.
Anyway, I would like suggestions on Arizona vacation destinations in the northern part of the state. I have always been intrigued with the Prescott and Sedona areas but I've heard that they are already over populated with tourists. I'd really be interested in seeing more of the small towns and suburbs. I can only go once this year, so any input on the area will be greatly appreciated.
Here ya go! A list of 102 things to see/do in the Verde Valley and it includes a LOT in Sedona.

More than 102 Things To Do in Sedona Verde Valley

Hope this helps!

What drum? I was responding to one of your buddies that still believes it's a good idea to profile.

Do you think it's a good idea to profile a whole group of people? People that have been in this Country legally for generations. People that don't have control over what the Federal Government is not doing on the border. Do you?

Poll after poll? There were plenty of people at the Nuremberg rallies that supported Hitler. Does the number of people make a bad policy right?

Things are continuing to heat up along the border - and it is not measured in Farenheit

Armed civilians are reportedly being "invited" by property owners to come and help them defend their properties -

IMO we are getting closer and closer to an actual border war.

Don't be fooled into thinking we have a 2-party system in the US. There is only one party, with two heads. McCain (a Republican) is a huge proponent for amnesty and mass uncontrolled immigration. At the same time, there are democrats who are against amnesty and the importation of foreign workers to take jobs in the US while perfectly capable citizens remain unemployed.

Unfortunately, it's nearly impossible to create a new party in the US and have it gain any traction. Much of this is due to the pandering by the Republican and Democratic parties. Whenever a new party starts to gain any traction, the career politicians jump on the bandwagon, diluting both the message and the quality of candidates.

The people on YOUR side of the aisle seem to think that the apparent number of protesters against the legislation shows that the legislation is wrong..... I guess the number of people COUNTS if its on your side..

True True Monkeyclaw, I would half to agree with your second sentence.

I'm an Independent and I am for beefing up our border militarily and giving our cops a break. I think the bill just passed only made it harder on our "working class" police officers and won't solve the real problem. (The lack of Federal control our Nation should have at it's border). I think we stupidly just took on the job all by ourselves. Not very bright.

On the news just tonight I saw a cop in Nogalas AZ sharing a threat he received from the cartel to all the local police officers in that town. They said to look the other way when it comes to cartel or they will start targeting the police officers, in Nogalas AZ, the U>Fing>S. Unbelievable, I think we are in big trouble now. We need military down here and we need it now. Too bad we don't get hurricanes, tornados or oil spills, maybe we could get a little federal help if we did. We only have to deal with another countries criminals invading our state.
