What other taxes do home owmners in Arizona have besides property taxes?

Sales tax, state income tax, gas tax, vehicle license taxes apply to all, not just homeowners. Many, but not all, homeowners pay monthly fees to a Homeowners Association (HOA). Those can vary a great deal, depending on the individual subdivision.

If there is, it's built into the water bill or property tax bill or both. There's no separate "water use tax" that homeowners get a bill for.
