I agree with what you write, but these people were in a recreation area with full facilities, paved streets and street lights. They were not out boondocking in the wilderness.

This is a fully "modern" campground supported and maintained by the Ouachita National Forest. Some areas had paved streets and street lights. It is not a wilderness camp.

I read this morning they have found #20 and they think that is all unless there were some unknowns in unauthorized camping areas.
