Watch out for people passing on the double yellow.
Off is your friend.
Yarnell makes a pretty good ice cream.
Sweet tea with lemon is better than without.
The Wal- Mart pharmacies are closed on Sundays,
Keep your yard trimmed close, and spray your trees at least every six weeks.
Wave to your neighbors (your index finger raised will do).
Accept the fact that you can't get everything you might be used to getting just around the corner and you're going to have to travel for it or wait for it to come in the mail or by UPS truck.
Slow down and enjoy life.
That'll do 'er

Ticks mostly.
Make sure you spray before the nesting season and don't spray again until after the young-uns have left the nest.
Though my answer was somewhat cryptic, the spraying your trees was kind of a catch all for treating your house for termites yearly, and spreading crystals in your yard every now and then. My wife and I also fumigate the house every six weeks or so.
I hate fiddleback spiders, ticks and chiggers, The rest of the bug population don't bother me too much, but she don't like them.

Don't know, don't live in town, and even if I did, every house in the town closest to us abuts open fields or woods; don't imagine ticks pay much attention to city limit signs.
Ticks can get bad anywhere, I think. Ticks can be carried by most any warmblooded critter, so can be found anywhere in the state. Might be less of them in town, but I don't know.
Ticks are rare at my place around the house, because I treat the yard and shrubbery for them. Out in the rest of the property, Off, long pants and leather boots are the norm for working, and even then I'm never sure I don't bring one or more up to the yard or house as a hitch-hiker on occasion, that's why I take precautions.

Don't know about bmx, but there are a couple of mx tracks I've seen (assuming you mean motocross for motorcycles).
One is between Romance and Floyd (or just before Romance) on Hwy 31 just east of the Hwy 5/31 intersection. Fella that owns it has a boneyard for motorcycles and repair shop adjacent to it. I don't know if he runs races or rents time on it or what.
The other I know about is on Hwy 25 just to the west of Locust Grove. Might be closer to Drasco, but is between Heber Springs and Batesville.
That one holds regularly scheduled races (on Friday nights I believe).
Probably more in the area, but I'm not sure.

If you pick up 167 to Batesville and head west on 25 south of Batesville the one west of Locust grove is a little more than an hour, probably.
I'd try that one first.
