Default mt. home price drop

I have been looking for property in mt home for years. the prices went through the roof in the last couple of years. the real estate agents started to thumb their noses at you if you even hinted at haggling. Now I see that the boom has busted here as it has in other parts of the nation.
Homes are sitting on the market.

This is certainly not a bust market. However it is a flat market, we have more sellers than buyers and seller traffic is expected to pick up also in the next 6 months. Hopefully are buyer traffic will pick up as well. People do not realize with interest as low as it is and so many financing options it is so easy to own a home now. These folks could be building equity instead of blowing their money every month on rent.
