No, it does not - the poster was referring to an area and not a specific person. A personal attack starts with directing a comment directly at one person.

I have heard some "stories" about Newton County, Jasper specifically. What I was told was that the Sheriff there is corrupt and drug snitches are turning up dead in the jail cells? I googled it and found some "suicide/suspicious deaths" but does anyone have a better idea of what is going on over there?

I'll I know about Newton county is that it is remote and extemely mountainous and rugged. It is one of Arkansas' least populated counties and is most noted for the Buffalo river. I doesnt suprise me that shady stuff goes on there
