US Army Reserve Unit West Memphis 1958-1959
I was in a reserve unit in West Memphis in either 1958 or 1959 and desperately need the name and number of that unit. Trying to reconstruct records lost in St. Louis fire in order to receive my retirement. This is one of two records I lack. Have been working on this for 14 years. Have contacted every agency of Army and until I come up with the name of unit no one seems to be able to give me credit for the final two years needed. I have written my congressman and senator even. This is beginning to seem unreal.
Any help, suggestions, or leads will be greatly appreciated. THANKS.
