My topo map has a lot of unnamed roads in the grid, but I can't identify anything that appears to be a low water bridge within a mile of the Hwy 58 bridge over the Strawberry in any direction.
I compared the topo map to Google Earth, but the resolution is not the best. I did find this spot off CR38 that may be it (looks like a low water bridge) reached by turning onto CR 40 just opposite the intersection of Hwy 354 and Hwy 58:

If you've never used Google Earth, it's a pretty handy tool for finding places, plus it's free.
Satellite imagery that you can zoom, tilt, rotate etc.
I use it to scout out fishing spots passed on to me.
I orient it from a known point and follow the directions given, taking turns and twists in the road like I was driving and spoting landmarks.
The only issue I have with it, is sometimes it's not updated in rural areas as often as other places, but I expect that's a byproduct of demand.
It's really a super tool for finding your way around.
Fun to download a picture of your house/property too.
You might want to download Google Earth (If you don't already have it) and give it a try using the directions to the "swimmin" hole.
Caution, it does take up almost 22 meg of space
Sorry I couldn't be of more help
