Cresent Hotel.....Eureka Springs
Try to google their website. It's a very scenic and old hotel, believed to be haunted. They have a haunted tour in the evenings and I do believe they have lots of room for a large group to meet. You may not have to stay there to rent a conference room. It's worth a try/phone call to see if you can rent a room for a large group. If you stay at a B&B your gruop can ride the trolley to the hotel for your meeting. We didn't stay there but did walk around in the hotel when we visted Eureka Springs. It's very historic and built in the 1800's. A very charming place to stay at.....
