I need to find a place where people are a bit more liberal, I looked at north arkansas central, and it was a bit good old boy network and untolarant.
I looked at hot springs and it peaked my interest. It was a kind of artsy place where people were not "you aint from here are you boy?"
How is the work opertunity in hot springs?
Is is a growing comunity?
thanks

Just my opinion, depending on what type of work you are interested in, you may not find a lot in Hot Springs. Remember, any area that is even a bit on the touristy side will have limited employment.

Hot Springs does seem to be growing. I don't live there but was there in May and saw a lot of housing being built and roads being widened.
However, while it is artsy and increasingly so, it's not a bastion of liberals.
It's changing. From what I've been told, it was more of that "good 'ol boy" network not friendly to newcomers but now there are a lot of newcomers.
It's a nice place, people are friendly, and there probably aren't a lot of decent jobs available.
