204 S Redbud St Pine Bluff AR or google say WhiteHall, AR. What kind of area is this. I am looking to retire to the Pine Bluff Area.
IS there any downside you know of in Pine Bluff.

Too darn flat.
Too crowded.
Too hot (compared to where I live).
Oh yeah, met someone about a week ago that moved from Whitehall to Lonoke county after 13 years there. I asked him why he moved and his answer was he didn't like the internal politics of the town, but I didn't go any deeper than that as it was a casual conversation.

if i was you i would go with the sheridan area, its only 25 miles away and the town is alot safer and the people are quite friendly. There are alot of retired people over there as well. Plus your not very far from big cites like Little Rock and Hot springs. Go with sheridan

Crime, poverty, crime, not much to do, crime, smells like rotten papermill, crime. Did I say crime? Seriously, you really need to come check out Pine Bluff before committing to move there. Unless things change drastically over the next few years, Pine Bluff will probably rank as one of the most crime ridden cities in the state. I wouldn't be caught there after sundown at all, nor before sundown if I were by myself. There are a couple decent neighborhoods, but the rest is scary.

Wow, I can't imagine why anyone would be considering retiring to Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Do you have family there? Have you ever actually been to Pine Bluff?
