Hello, I am very interested in buying a lot in HSV but my biggest concern is the limitations that can affect the type of building construction allowed in any given lot. Any imput is good especially if anyone has any experience in this area. Thanks, Alicia.

The only general limitation is a square footage minimum, I think it is 1100 sq ft. Each lot has a 'setback' that is typically 5 to 10 feet on each side and 20 to 25 feet from the road. There is no time restriction, you can wait as long as you want to build.
