Question A new Russellville shopping center

About the start of this year i read in the paper about a new mall that was going to be built in russellville at the weird road exit. Its been almost a year now and i still see no work being done or heard anything more about it. Does anyone know if there still plaing on building the mall on the land. The guy who bought and wanna to build was from texas he also said he wanna to put new hotels and places to eat on it. Does anyone know whats going on with this thanks

No clue.

I do see we have a Popeyes coming up out by Lowe's though. That's pretty much all I care about.
