What do you think about Marion with all the new houses popping up at $200k+? Do you see this area growing into something nice? Is it a good city to reside?

Default Marion

Marion is definitely growing! New residential and retail developments are moving in rapidly. It' proximity to Memphis makes it a bedroom community. You have the convenience of the big city without living in the city. Hino Motors is building a huge facility in Marion, Toyota is probably going to make an announcement about a new plant before the end of the year, and Marion is a strong possibility. The public school system in Marion is among the top school systems in this part of the state. We lived in West Memphis for a year many years ago, and moved away to the other side of the state for about 3 1/2 years. When my husband took a job in Memphis, I refused to move back to West Memphis, but Marion is great.
