Default LOWELL RESIDENTS PLEASE! City limits?
I was wondering if anyone knows of a good map showing the city limits of Lowell? I was out shooting my 9mm handgun when a sherriff rolled by and questioned me. He claimed I was in City Limits, but I drive by the sign that says "Lowell City Limits" facing the opposite direction a few miles before the location I go to fire some rounds. I found this one on City-Data, but wasn't sure if this is the City Limits or not:
