You will definitely be seeing me around town.
As I once told you. I learned a lot from my father. You will recall he was a Sheriff and a Federal Marshall. I send him some of these posts from time to time. He gets a kick out of them, especially yours.
I belive one of the un-incorporated cities he use to cover back then included Glendale, CA. Says some things never change and then again some things do!

Ask him if he remembers the sign on San Franando Rd. as you are coming from L.A. into Gendale in the (I think) 1940s or early
50s |
