Question district appraisal website

When I was in texas we used to have a website to find out the appraised value of a home which is very helpful for the buyers.

Do you have anything like that for Arkansas?
I'm looking into washington county(fayetteville)

Inputs are highly appreciated.

arbabe, not sure...you could go to the county courthouse. I am sure a licensed realtor could probably give you a link.....but as you already know, it really doesn't matter what it appraised at, it's whether the market will bear it. I don't know about anyplace else, but in Pope County the houses are usually under-appraised, which can be misleading to a buyer. Things were really appraising high in Little Rock and the NW Arkansas area not too long ago, but the market is soft. You can appraise high or low, but if the market won't bear it, it just won't bear it. I'd say ask a realtor on any piece of property what the appraisal is, the comps for it, and when the last county appraisal was done (versus private). The counties are usually far behind the times.
