Good Traffic Lawyer in West Fork/Fayettevile area
Hope you can help me.
On 540 driving normal. A nice car came behind me and passed me real fast. So I decided to follow (Dumb). Then I realized the speed I was travelling was too fast.... So I slowed down, but an officer alrady clocked doing 100 at 70 mph - I didn't realize the speed. It is bad and I will never speed again. Need a good lawyer who knows the West Fork court system to help me understand what I got myself into.... I appreciate if any one can help me. Thanks! WSY

West Fork has nothing to do with 540. They can not stop you on 540 because it is a state road only the Arkansas State Police or Arkansas State Hi-way Patrol can make stops on 540.

You may be right, but I have to go to the West Fork court...
Anyone who has been there and done there... Please give me some insight... I know I am in trouble...

Frequently city police and Arkansas State Police have joint agreements when the freeway passes through city limits. Nonetheless, you do have a mess on your hands, wsy.
